Vishal is a founding partner at the firm. His areas of expertise are financial advisory, Indian GAAP, IFRS, IND-AS, Internal Controls, Financial Planning & Analysis and Direct Taxes. Vishal has worked with Big-4 consulting firms for the initial eight 9 years of his career and gained extensive experience in advising umpteen multinational companies and PSUs on the implementation of SOX, IFRS conversion, US GAAP and Indian GAAP accounting principles.

Vishal has also got extensive experience in working with Energy Sector in various roles including financial/business controlling and have handled Capital Market transactions, Mergers and Acquisitions and has successfully led large finance, accounts and tax teams.

He has tremendous experience in financial reporting including IND-AS conversion and financial reporting. He regularly imparts training to professionals in various areas such as internal controls, IFRS, IND-AS and Direct tax matters. Prior to setting up the Firm, Vishal has worked with Ernst & Young, Grant Thornton, Jubilant Energy and Inox Wind Limited.

He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has more than 20 years of post-qualification experience. He has also done his Bachelors in Commerce (Hons.) from Delhi University.
